District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana along with ADDC Kishtwar Mohd. Hanief Malik interacted with the 22-young Junior KAS probationers- 2016 batch as a part of training programme organised by IMPARD, Jammu.

While interacting with the newly recruited young Jr KAS probationers, DDC asked them to incorporate new vision, ideas with pro-active approach and citizen-centric perspective besides adviced them to work honestly,diligently and to work hard for serving the community.

While sharing his personal/professional life experiences, he emphasized on the importance of continuous innovation, discharge fearless services with disciplined life, time management and enhancement of administrative capacities and processes.He gave an overview of the physical,political, social and religious outlook and introduction of the lifestyle and occupation of hilly people of the District Kishtwar .

DDC also threw light on UT administration and also informed them about the potential of the district which included tourism, agriculture,horiculture sector, saffron growing etc.

ADDC Kishtwar spoke about the importance of sensible use oftechnology and infrastructure in administration and urged the officers to workwith mutual team spirit and trust.

The team was led by Adminsitrative officer IMPARD Srinagar,Bilal Ahmed Mir and at the end,Vishal Kumar Sadhotra presented a vote of thanxto the DDC.
